After outlining the lip contour with a pencil stroke of the color closest to the lipstick, the color is applied directly to the lips, starting from the center outwards; it is left to dry, then the transparent moisturizer is passed several times throughout the day, to make the Ultra Lasting EVAGARDEN lipstick even more comfortable.
For a more precise application, use the EVAGARDEN Lip Brush n°3.
